  2. Manhattan Chase MasterCard Acct: 0000-0000-0000-0000 – This account is reported to be 90 days late. The included statement shows a balance of $0.00.
  3. Penny’s Acct: 01-4440-2222. The included statement shows a balance of $0.00.

Additionally there are two accounts that have been inactive for over 7 years. As you are aware the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) states that credit older than 7 years must be removed from my credit history. Please remove the following accounts:

  1. American Express Card Acct: 2100-000-000
  2. Macy’s Acct: 01-000-000

Finally, request that the credit bureau remove any information from your account once the mistakes are verified by their investigation, and thank them for their cooperation. Our completed template for credit bureau dispute letters looks like this:
