  3. Exxon Acct: 01-4440-2222. This account is recorded as 60 days overdue. The included statement shows a balance of $0.00.

The following two accounts have been inactive for over 7 years. As per the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), credit older than 7 years must be deleted from my credit record. As such, please remove the following accounts:

  1. Diners Card Acct: 2100-000-000
  2. Wal-Mart Acct: 01-000-000

Finally, request that the credit bureau remove any information from your account once the mistakes are verified by their investigation, and send copies of the corrected report to your creditors or employers who have viewed your record over the past two years.
