Dear Michael,

As of May 1, we will only be using selected travel providers to handle travel arrangements for Schumacher and Associates employees.

Attached is a list of approved providers including discount codes that must be submitted when making a reservation. It is each individual’s responsibility to make sure that proper procedures are followed as outlined on the accompanying list.

If you have any difficulty in making travel arrangements before the beginning of a trip begins or during its duration, please contact the Travel Office on extension 2424 during regular working hours, or call the designated 24hour hotline listed on the Schumacher and Associates travel web site portal.

Any arrangements to be made with an airline, hotel, train, bus, or car rental agency not on the attached list must be approved in advance by the a department head in conjunction with the Travel Office.
